Why choose Customs Service?
Having more than 25 years of experience with customs and shipping gives us wide ranging customs competences and a great understanding of the current customs regulations.
We can help with the documentation whether your goods are shipped by sea, road or air, and we are especially experienced with container shipments. Our goal is to handle your customs tasks quickly and efficiently to free up your time and allow you to avoid heavy administrative work.
If you are not quite ready to completely outsource your customs handling, we instead offer instruction and assistance, e.g. with customs classification or in case you have a dispute with the customs office. Customs Service focuses on competence and professionalism, and we keep up to date on rules and regulations

Foodstuffs documentation tends to be heavy, difficult work – but it does not have to be. We can help take care of all necessary paperwork for your foodstuffs shipments, be it import or export, both being areas where we have experience.
VETERINARY APPROVED WAREHOUSE
In addition to paperwork, we can offer access to a veterinary approved warehouse within the ISPS area at the Port of Aarhus. Here, our partners can assist with unloading and stowing of goods so the veterinary authorities can inspect, sample, or seal the goods. Storage or destruction per the authorities’ instructions is also possible if necessary.

Customs brokering in multiple countries
In addition to customs brokering in Denmark, we can, through our network, offer customs brokering in several European countries. This includes Sweden, Norway, Germany, and the Netherlands, as well as England, France, Switzerland, and Lithuania.
We work a lot with Norway, Germany and Switzerland in particular, and are happy to assist with both import and export documentation.

We can handle everything in connection with customs inspections in Aarhus; unpacking, repacking, and storage of the goods until any dispute with Customs has been resolved.
In addition, we also have the opportunity to represent you or your customer, and to be present during the inspection to ensure that everything happens as correctly and expediently as possible, so that you or your customer gets the goods in question released.

Customs documentation
Customs documentation for import and export
All goods shipped between EU and non-EU countries must have proper customs documentation upon exit or arrival. At Toldservice, we can help with all necessary documentation for both import and export to and from the EU. This includes both expert counsel, guidance, research, as well as actually making and having documents such as clearances or certificates approved at Customs. There is no need for you to keep track of the changing rules and regulations concerning certificates and licenses – that is what we do every day.
